The Artist's Story

Karl Hagan, 27. Is a contemporary artist from Belfast, Northern Ireland. This documentary explores his life as an artist and how his experiences and Northern Ireland's violent past has affected his art.

We get an insight into art history from the view of a young artist. The work challenges society by bringing to light a lot of present day world issues like war, destruction, violence and other aspects of human nature, like isolation, making for an intersting watch.
